Object Description
A large early 19th century Georgian brass bound leather covered camphor wood trunk.
The trunk has a hinged lid with brass corners, strapping, carrying handles and a ring handle to the front.
The leather has brass studs around the edges and an oval stud decoration to the centre of the top.
The interior still has the remains of its original sugar paper lining that is red with a gilt floral pattern and still retains the camphor wood aroma.
The trunk is in good condition. (Circa 1810)
