Object Description
A Geo III mahogany fall front bureau of two short and three long graduated oak lined drawers which retain their original gilded brass swan neck handles. The fall front opening to reveal a fitted interior with secret drawers and old blue baize writing surface. The bureau stands on shaped ogee bracket feet front and back. Good original colour and patina, the backboards have been replaced at some time and the left hand hinge of the fall has been moved. English Circa 1790. Writing height 31 ins.
