Object Description
Circa 1890, gilt bronze and Sevres-style porcelain chandelier. The pale blue porcelain body with white oval panels and floral paintings consists of a bulbous base, cylindrical centre and shaped tapering top all with extensive neoclassical ormolu mounts and four adjustable ormolu candleholders. It has been rewired with silk covered, gilt coloured cable. It is all supported by its original ormolu chain.
