Object Description
This Provincial West country trefid spoon was made by John Manley of Dartmouth and measures 7.75 inches in length, it bears the engraved initials of MI 1707 to the back of the stem where it is fully and clearly hallmarked Exeter 1714, it has a plain rat tail to the back of the bowl with the bowl itself being well formed and the spoon weighs 1.40 ounces or 43 grams and is in very good condition.
