Hugo Lonitz Majolica Swan Figure

Object Description

Lonitz Majolica figure which features a swan in a swimming pose. Colouration: white, blue, brown, are predominant. The piece bears maker’s marks for the Lonitz pottery. Bears a pattern number, ‘1767’.

Object Condition

Good. Two tiny flakes to the base. RESTORATION. Filled chip to right foot. Retouched flake to tip of tail.
