Object Description
An exquisite set of six Jacques Adnet dining chairs dating from the 1950s. Upholstered in black leather, accented with white stitching, held with banded leather to the kink of the leg, sheathed in unpolished patinated brass. Signature use of ball foot and top finial and backrest secured with four domed brass bolts. A rare and set.

French architect, interior and furniture designer. Adnet’s work spans from the Art Deco style to the new functionalism of Modernism, considered one of France’s foremost architects of the 20th century.
