Object Description

A ‘Kenon’ model antique wall mounted sink with bronzed cast iron bracket by John Bolding and Sons, dating back to circa 1900.

This early 20th century English sink is in good condition for its age; the ceramic basin re-finished in recent years and with parts of the waste present. With its sweeping serpentine backsplash and stylised leaf soap dishes, this antique Victorian era wall sink will make an elegant addition to a character bathroom.

Original features include chrome-plated taps and a traditional plunger waste.

Object Condition

Good structural condition. Basin has been re-finished in recent years. Original chrome finish taps turn but are not tested. Plunger waste appears to be present and working. Parts of the waste are present. Includes cast iron bracket as pictured. Some rust showing to top edges.
