Object Description
A striking pair of gold, enamel and diamond earrings by Kutchinsky c.1970, each earring of oval shape and domed bombe form, the openwork design comprised of an asymmetric braided lattice of interwoven ribbon-like sections, some decorated with rich green enamel, others with deep blue enamel and the rest set with round brilliant cut diamonds, all to post and clip fittings. The stylish earrings make a bold and colourful statement, they are comfortable to wear and would look good both day and evening. The openwork design stops them looking and feeling heavy and the diamonds bring a touch of light and sparkle to the colourful enamel.
