This impressive large-scale antique Cotswold limestone fireplace is an original from the Georgian period, circa 1780. Detailed with bullseye roundels to the end blocks and an oval tablet to the central frieze, this 240-year-old design is evocative of the era, offering a glimpse into popular styles of English history. The stone is weathered but still retains its signature pale gold colour, synonymous with granular limestone from the Cotswolds region.
