Object Description
This 19th century oak antique library table is of the most colossal scale. The proportions are perfect, with tall slender legs, thin frieze and plenty of knee room underneath. The timber is a particularly fine cut of oak with lots of lovely medullary rays absolutely all over it.
Hidden among the finely carved gothic tracery there is a drawer each side, offset to the right to enable the table to seat one person each side when necessary.
