Object Description
This large Hanoverian George II Scottish Provincial soup or punch ladle was made in Glasgow in 1757 by Milne & Campbell and measures 15.25 inches long, it has a fluted shell bowl measuring 4.25 inches across and to the top of the stem on the reverse there are double cypher initials, it is bottom marked and apart from a ding to the centre of the bowl is in super condition weighing 7.9 ounces or 245 grams.
