Object Description
Circa 1860, exhibition quality large Victorian burr walnut breakfast table. The oval top in quartered, mirror-matched finest quality burr walnut veneers with a moulded edge over a cross-banded, beaded frieze. Supported on an unusual stem with 4 scrolled, foliate supports around a central carved finial over 4 flowerhead-carved cabriole legs with scrolled toes and hidden brass castors.
