A good late 17th./early 18th. century Oak Oval Gate-Legged Table with a drawer to one end raised on six Doric Column turned supports united by a stretcher.

Circa 1700 Price :£ 1250-00p.

H:29”, 73.5 cms,W: 42”,107 cms, D:15.75” opening to 47.5” 40 cms opening to 121 cms.

This is as it came to us from Nicholas Parsons’s family and we have only waxed it up. He would have sat at this table daily writing jokes, scripts and notes for his record breaking show
