Object Description
A decorative late 19th century hardwood Anglo Indian footstool.
This stool consists of a drop in cushion to the top covered in a silk fabric (this can easily be reupholstered if necessary once purchased).
The stool consists of a mythical carved beast to each corner forming the supports with profusely carved and pierced foliate and berry decoration to the sides and ends.
This stool is in good condition for age, is of stable construction and can go straight into a home: please note the stool does have small losses to one rail but this is not uncommon with profusely carved items such as this.
