Object Description
Circa 1900, late Victorian zoomorphic copper and oak dinner gong. With 2 taxidermist legs, a hoof to the top of the legs which is capped in copper, and a copper gong hanging from a cross over section with heart shaped centre. The oak base has a moulded edge on all sides, and 2 Y-shaped stands for holding the zoomorphic beater.
