Object Description
Circa 1880, a Louis XVI style walnut inlaid and ormolu mounted side table. The shaped top with two wonderful marquetry panels with cast brass and gilded moulded foredge, further inlaid panels on all sides, to the front a small there is a full-sized drawer. The elegant table stands on four stylish cabriole legs with gilded mounts to the top inlaid banding on the foredges and finishing with well-formed cast sabots to the feet. Mellow colour, clean and elegant.
