A large 4 feet square mid 19th century Chinese elm low kang table / coffee table from the Shanxi provenance.
A good quality and large square coffee table having an inset 19th Century geometric panel surrounded by an elm frame having a reeded edge terminating on shaped feet.
This table, purchased from a local home, had been in the family for 20 years and was acquired with a written certificate of antiquity.
Having a great colour and good proportions being 4 feet square it is in excellent condition and ready for home use.
