Object Description
A charming and finely-proportioned mid-19th century French centre table with a single drawer to the frieze. Decorated with marquetry and cross-banding comprising Satinwood, Purpleheart, Harewood, Box and Ebony to create an oval panel to the top depicting a musical score amid foliage, and shaded Vitruvian scrolls to the frieze. Gilt metal mounts to the top of the legs and feet complete this exemplary piece.
