Object Description
A wonderfully pretty and unique pair of fire opal earrings. The modified marquise cut fire opals display a vivid, burning bright orange which hang from a white gold lever backed settings with two high white round brilliant cut diamonds. 18k gold with French hallmarks.
Accompanied by an independent jewellery report from IGR (#30310469).
Cut – Marquise mixed cut fire opals and round brilliant cut diamonds.
Colour – The diamonds are E to F.
Clarity – Opal are loupe clean. The diamonds are VS1 to VS2.
Carat – The fire opals are approximately 5.40 carat in total. The total approximate diamond weight is 0.50 carat.
Circa – 1965.
Measurements – From the top of the top diamond to the bottom of the opal is approximately 35.5mm
Weight – 4.50 grams total.
Metal – 18k gold. French hallmarks.
