Minton Hollins & Co. Majolica Bird Tile

Object Description

Minton Majolica tile which features a nesting bird, amongst foliage and flowers. Colouration: indigo, green, brown, are predominant. The piece bears maker’s marks for the Minton pottery.

Object Condition

Very Good. No restoration. A few shallow chips to the reverse edge, not visible from the front. Some wear to the uppermost leaf edges.
