Minton Majolica Two Handled Classical Vase

Object Description

Minton Majolica vase which features two maidens, one holding fruit and flowers, the other holding grapes. Colouration: lilac, brown, green, are predominant. The piece bears maker’s marks for the Minton pottery.

Object Condition

Very good. No restoration. KILN EFFECTS: glaze run to the green glaze; flecks of stray coloured glaze to the exterior.
