Set to centre with a round old cut diamond, K colour, VVS2 clarity, with a weight of 4.01 carats in an open back claw setting, flanked by six round eight cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.06 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 4.07 carats, to an impressive flanked solitaire design featuring split curving claws, a decorative gallery with scrolling motifs, and open backholing, leading to raised shoulders and flowing through to a solid flat shank. Marked platinum, English, circa 1920, accompanied by Gemological Institute of America (GIA) report #1226797911.
