Object Description
Old mine cushion shape diamond studs. A matching pair, each set with a cushion shape old mine diamond, one N colour, VS2 clarity with a weight of 3.52 carats, the other N colour VS1 clarity with a weight of 3.54, both in open back claw settings. The combined diamond weight is 7.06 carats, to split claws and elegant C-scrolls to each openwork collet, pierced backholing and fitted to reverse with secure post and disc fittings. Tested platinum, circa 1920, accompanied by Gemological Institute of America (GIA) reports #2239334388 and #2231334403.
