An enchanting late 19th Century oil on board painting of Still life, fruit, by sought after artist Oliver Clare (1853 – 1927), dating from c1890.
Born in 1853, Oliver was the son of the renowned still life artist George Clare and his wife Lizzie, formerly Elizabeth Bowen.
