Object Description

A highly decorative pair of late 19th century ash pedestals in the Gothic style of good patina (colour).

These pedestals consist of solid ash tops of square form with a moulded edge leading down to the front and two sides consisting of Gothic moulded panels, the fourth side being plain as this would sit against a wall.

Both pedestals are supported by a moulded plinth to the base.

These type of pedestals tend to normally be made from oak so these are unusual being made from ash and would be ideally suited for displaying items such as bronzes etc.

This pair of pedestals are in very good condition for age, are of stable construction and can go straight into a home.

Please note: the plaster bust and bronze are featured for photographic reasons only and are not included in this price.
