Carved Cabriole Legs Terminating With
Claw And Ball Feet
(Its fairly common to find tables of this design, but in
varying sizes, which would have been produced sometime
around the mid-19th century in China specifically for shipping
to the western markets, but it is very rare to find them in true
pairs. Perfect in form and size to serve a purpose which very
few other types of genuinely antique furniture can, they are
the right height to be used as a coffee table in modern
interiors. Also the fact they are constructed from dense
and hard wearing oriental hardwood with marble tops
mean that they are not likely to be easily damaged
by spilt, or hot, drinks)
