Object Description

Pair of 20th century Italian painted black faux marble columns or pedestals, each with a fluted shaft and a base enriched with mouldings resting on a rectangular plinth. Made of wood and finely painted with delicate marble veins resembling Nero Marquina marble. Ideal as a pedestal for vases or sculptures. The column measures 10.63 inches (27 cm) in diameter.
