Object Description
These exquisite porcelain candlesticks were made by the Russian Popov Manufactory in the 19th Century. The candlesticks share an identical design in the Rococo style, and feature intricately ribbed columns with upper drip pans and socle bases set on on six leaf-form feet. They are decorated up and down the column in alternating bands of pink and blue grounds with details of beading and arabesques in a gilt ground. The base features six painted floral arrangements on a white ground, and is marked by the Popov Manufactory to the underside.
