Object Description
A pair of large and unusual hand pierced and engraved wine coasters.
The decoration to the body of each piece is embellished with impressive piercing and incorporates a vacant cartouche.
They still retain their original oak bases and are a little larger and higher bordered than is usual.
The coasters are in excellent condition and even still retain their over 200 year old cloth bases.
