Object Description
Circa 1860, a pair of French Louise XV style walnut, Bois Satine (tropical hardwood) and marquetry gilt metal mounted bedside commodes, the crossbanded tops with foliate and scroll marquetry enclosed by ¾ pierced brass galleries, above two short drawers outlined with gilt metal mounts, raised on cabriole legs ending in sabots.
