PAIR OF GILT BRONZE EMPIRE CANDLESTICKS CONVERTED TO LAMPS, EARLY 19TH CENTURY
Pair of finely incised gilt bronze candlesticks, with tapered central column.
Cast decoration throughout of musical instruments and vine leaves in the spirit of Bacchus. France c.1815.
Converted to lamps with faux candles and electrified for the UK.
Shown with 14″ rough silk yellow ochre shade available separately.
