A magnificent pair of large 2 meter Tall walnut trophy display cabinets dating to the mid 19th Century.
English Circa 1860.
This wonderful and extremely rare pair of display cabinets are of exceptional large proportions standing almost 7ft high.
Crispy carved and fluted pagoda tops are supported by three walnut framed glazed panels, one of which being a lockable side door enclosing a glazed shelved and velvet lined interior.
The glazed units rest on beautifully shaped, fluted and carved bases having cherubs and grotesque masks amongst foliage which are raised upon carved paw feet.
Have beautifully polished panelled backs enables the pair of show cabinets to stand freely within the room if so desired.
Offered in excellent condition having been gently restored using traditional methods.
