Object Description
Circa 1860. A pair of quality Victorian mahogany open armchairs reupholstered in quality contemporary material. The arched backs with exposed moulded rim and central upholstered panel in front of shaped partially upholstered arms on fluted supports. Generous seats recently reupholstered and recovered in a quality linen contemporary foliate pattern. Chairs supported on cabriole legs in front and out swept rear supports with brass and porcelain castors.
