Object Description
Circa 1930, good pair of mahogany red leather easy chairs by Whytock & Reid of Edinburgh. The large back and saddle shaped seat have leather piping to the fore-edge and the arms are shaped and chamfered, held in place by uprights. The turned back legs are slightly outswept and the front legs are square with a reeded fore-edge, with stretchers providing extra stability.
