Object Description
Circa 1860, pair of very stylish high Rococo style gilded mirrors. The mirrors comprise of several small mirrors, each enclosed in a carved wood and gilded frame. The top is surmounted with a wonderful foliate carving with a stylised pediment on either side, and beneath this is the impression of gilded, dripping rocks. The frame is a festoon of Rococo scroll carving and flower heads, and full relief swags. Good colour and excellent style.
