Object Description
A pair of attractive hand chased Spanish silver (.915 purity) pheasants made by the silversmith to the King of Spain, Dionisio Garcia of Madrid.
The pheasants are finely chased by hand and then partially covered in gold to give a wonderful effect.
They are both in excellent condition.
Dionisio Garcia was silversmith to King Alfonso XIII (1886 – 1941).
