Beneath the top is a bow fronted door which follows the same form as the top and has matching flame mahogany panels. On the left hand side when the door opens there is a shelf and large drawer and on the opposite one there is two pull out slides and a cupboard beneath. The gables are polished and the whole piece stands on an enclosed plinth with a chamfered fore-edge and flame mahogany front. The cabinets have been re-polished.
