Object Description

Pair of Staffordshire pearlware figures which feature children with baskets of fruit, seated on a shaped hollow base. Decorated ‘in the round’ – decoration to front and reverse.

Object Condition

Right facing: Good. A few paint losses. KILN EFFECTS: tiny glaze pops to her shoes and the basket. RESTORATION: Neck reglued and join retouched. Left facing: Good. A few paint losses. RESTORATION: Neck reglued and join retouched.
