Object Description

Pair of Staffordshire Pottery dog figures which feature seated spaniels. Black and white version. Dull gilt collar and locket. Vent hole to the reverse.

Object Condition

Right facing: Good. No restoration. KILN EFFECTS: craze lines to the reverse; touch mark to the reverse. Left facing: Good. No restoration. KILN EFFECTS: enlarged firing hole to the reverse; some bubbles and roughness to the glaze application to patches of the black.
