A charming sculpture in of a Polar Bear by the Belgian artist Herbert Geldhof (1929-2007) .
Born in Africa Geldhof returned to Belgium in the 1950s where he specialised in animal subjects carried out in a distinctive ‘Art Deco’ style.
Cast in plaster of Paris, signed to base H. Geldhof.
