A pair of brass & bronze models of propellers commemorating the launching of the Twin Screw Ship Bagan, dated 1938.

Each propeller marked: T.S.S. “BAGAN” LAUNCHED 30th APRIL 1938

Height: 5.5 cm.

Diameter: 8 cm.

Object History

T.S.S. Bagan. built by the Singapore Harbour Board, Penang, Singapore in 1938. Used as an evacuation ferry during WWII by the British War Office.
