English Circa 1880.
The shaped top rail having an oyster veneer detail to the centre above a vase shaped splat flanked by scrolling stiles retaining its needlework drop in seat, enclosed by a shaped walnut frieze supported by cabriole front legs with carved rams horns to the knee standing on hoof feet and splay square chamfered legs to the rear.
In excellent condition retaining its colourful floral needlework upholstered drop in seat whilst boasting a wonderful mellow colour.
