Object Description
This quality set of 4 George III silver boat shaped salts were made in London in 1803 by William Abdy and measure 4 1/8 inches long by 2 5/16 inches wide and are 2.75 inches at their tallest, they have a reeded border to the foot and the top rim with the body being stepped, they are fully and clearly hallmarked under the feet and have gilding to the interiors. A lovely set of 4 quality salts in excellent condition weighing ounces or grams.
