Object Description
Circa 1800. A rare and unusual Dutch walnut toilet mirror. The shaped mirror in a walnut frame supported by two tapering uprights with rococo brackets surmounted by cast brass finials. The base is a miniature bombe-shaped chest of drawers with 3 short over a full-length shaped drawer, with stylish foliate cast escutcheons and elegant rococo handles with foliate back plates. With a shaped apron which continues around the sides, and standing on four elegant foliate carved squat cabriole legs.
