Object Description
This early and rare George I Britannia standard lemon strainer was made in London in 1719 by John Albright and measures 6.75 inches handle to handle and is 3.25 inches in dia , the bowl is beautifully pierced as are the two cast handles either side, it is fully and clearly hallmarked to the side and also to the reverse of each arm with the lions head erased and is in very good condition weighing 1.90 ounces or 59 grams.
