Object Description
Circa 1850. Rare early Victorian pedestal mahogany extending dining table. The top (circular when folded) to (oval with extra leaf in place) with moulded edges and a simple crossbanded frieze. All supported on a generous central pillar with foliate carving, a turned collar over a circular platform base with four cabriole legs with scrolled toes over brown porcelain and brass castors. Traditionally hand-restored).
