Rare Holy Land Multi-Chambered Kohl Pot

Object Description

A rare multi-chambered kohl pot in grey stone, each chamber with an out-turned rim, flattened on the top, slightly recessed neck, round bottomed chamber.

Object History

Trans-Jordan:
Circa 3rd millenium BC.

Object Condition

Very Fine condition; one small hole worn through the wall between two chambers; some areas of encrustation, more so around the base and inside chambers.
