A gorgeous rare late 17th century (circa 1700) walnut and fruitwood gateleg table of good, versatile size and of superb patina.
This table consists of a solid walnut top of superb patina with two drawers below, one to either end, both with brass ring handles.
The table is supported on a fruitwood base, also of superb patina, with finely turned baluster legs and turned stretchers.
This table is in very good condition for age, is of stable construction and can go straight into a home – this table will comfortably seat four, possibly more at a squeeze.
