Circa 1890 with restorations. Rare pair of inlaid mahogany kneehole desk by Maple & Co (famous furniture makers). The inlaid rectangular tops with gilt-tooled burgundy writing surfaces; central frieze drawers and pilasters with inlaid shells and trailing Bellflowers, all on 6 inlaid tapering square legs over brass castors.
