Object Description

Pair of Staffordshire Pottery figures which feature a cat on a cushion, recumbent on an oval base. Dull gilt base line and embellishment.

Object Condition

Right facing: Good. No restoration. Tiny flake to left ear. Slight paint loss to cushion. Gilt almost entirely rubbed away. KILN EFFECTS: touch marks to reverse. Left facing: Good. No restoration. Tiny nibble to right ear. Minor paint losses to cushion. Some rubbing to gilt.
